Return Policy

If your package is received damaged  DO NOT RETURN! Immediately contact the shipping company at once to report the damage and they will come back to inspect the package. UPS: (800) 742-5877, FedEx: (800) 463-3339, US Postal (Call Your local branch).

You may return products within the first 16 days with original package - unopened. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Defective merchandise will be either repaired or exchange in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty.

Monitor Dead Pixel Returns:
Replacement or Refund available for 7 or more dead pixels only.

All returns must be in the original cartons with all accessories, manuals and packing material in BRAND NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION IF FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Items returned with missing or damaged packaging and/or are not in BRAND NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION are subject to up to a 25% repackaging charge at our sole discretion. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. For an RA Number, E-Mail us at helpdesk@zynnergyonline.com  or request it via our HelpDesk ticket system. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized (without an RA number) will be refused. Note: An RA Number does not guarantee exchange, repair or refund of your purchase.

Items returned physically or cosmetically damaged will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received.

We will not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 3 weeks from the time you return your order for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.

Please be sure to pack your return in the carton it was shipped to you in (or one similar) and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the carton. Unpackaged merchandise received, such as product wrapped in duct tape, etc. will be refused.

ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT AND OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD PURCHASE(S) OR ANY OTHER PURCHASE. WE ONLY OFFER COMPANY CREDIT. THE WARRANTY IS LISTED ABOVE. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST FOLLOW THE WARRANTY PROCEDURES LISTED ABOVE UNDER THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS ABOVE.
